More than 23 million people witnessed the 1991 solar eclipse in Mexico City that had a totality that lasted 7 minutes. But will the Great American Eclipse be a better experience? Neil deGrasse Tyson sat down with Meteorologist Joe Rao to discuss more about the totality zone.
