Warner Bros. announced Wednesday that Jude Law will play Album Dumbledore, the young Hogwarts professor who fell in love with and eventually defeated Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp.
Back when I was a wee Potter fan, Johnny Depp and Jude Law were two of the hottest actors of the early-mid-aughts and many fans' dream actors to play Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. Depp was fresh off the first (and best) Pirates of the Caribbean movie in 2003 and Law was everywhere with I Heart Huckabees, Alfie, and Closer.
