One very determined 85-year-old is attempting to make Mount Everest history ... again.

Min Bahadur Sherchan, an ambitious 85-year-old climber, hopes to once again become the the oldest person to scale the legendary mountain, a title which he previously earned in May 2008.

Though Sherchan's record was broken by 80-year-old Japanese climber Yuichiro Miura in 2013, according to The Associated Press, the grandfather of 17 and great-grandfather of six is "confident" he'll succeed in his venture, provided the weather holds up. Read more...
