Virus-induced apocalypses have pretty much been done to death at this point, but that doesn't mean there isn't still room for a twist on the genre.
Enter Rob Jabbaz' grim end of days thriller The Sadness, set in a world in which a virus has turned those infected into violent killers who only want to cause survivors as much pain and hurt as possible.
Starring Ying-Ru Chen, Ralf Chiu, and Wei-Hua Lan, this one seems like a cross between 28 Days Later and The Purge (tread carefully though; even the trailer is pretty disturbing).
