
Remember when you said, "new year, new me"? Yeah, we heard that, and we're going to hold you to it (you should as well).
Some might think it to be cliché for your New Year's resolution to be hitting the gym more often, but honestly, who cares? Anything you want to do to better yourself is a good thing (as long as you're doing it in a safe, healthy way) — plus, there's a reason that so many people make it their goal for the year ahead of them. It's hard to fall off of your newfound workout routine, though, and while there are a lot of factors that can make that happen, you can at least knock one off of the list by picking up a trusty treadmill: Going to the actual gym.
