Oftentimes Twitter is a chaotic mess, but every once in a while an extremely touching video circulates and reminds you that social media has the amazing power to uplift people.
On Saturday, Brianna Valle shared one of those feel-good videos, in which her 76-year-old grandfather, Arnulfo, can be seen learning that he's officially a U.S. citizen.
Upon receiving Arnulfo's citizen passport card, Valle's grandmother laid it out on the table for him to find when he got home and recorded his heartwarming reaction. Arnulfo, who is deaf, can be seen screaming with joy, laughing, and throwing his arms in the air. Read more...
