The teen, 18-year-old Ollie Nancarrow, is described by his hometown paper, the Bishop's Stortford Independent, as an "online upcycling entrepreneur." Nancarrow spent the past weekend mowing the grass dick and accompanying message into his yard, with his parent's permission.
