Intel’s New RealSense D435i Camera Adds Integrated Tracking

The Intel RealSense Depth Camera D435i includes an inertial measurement unit that enables developers to create solutions with more advanced depth-sensing and tracking capabilities for applications including drones, robotics and gaming. Intel is hoping to get its RealSense depth-sensing cameras used in more mobile markets including drones and robotics by adding a new version that features an integrated IMU.
