Growing up, most of us had the one school project that required us to dress up as one of our heroes.
Twitter user Audrey Dow (@ADCollegeOpp) shared a picture of her 9-year-old daughter dressed as her hero former First Lady Michelle Obama for a school project. Dow says her daughter was inspired by the former First Lady's commitment to helping students go to college, and that she sees herself in her hero.
Today my 9 year old was @MichelleObama for her 3rd grade Open House project. She was inspired by her work to make sure more kids go to college & #ReachHigher . She loves that Mrs Obama is brown & has hair like hers #ISawMyself pic.twitter.com/RYmWumAdHM
