This Scottish city was transformed into New York for Benedict Cumberbatch's new show

A wild Cumberbatch appeared on the streets of Glasgow.

On Sunday more than a few Glaswegians spotted Benedict Cumberbatch filming for the new TV show Melrose, a series inspired by Edward St Aubyn's novels.

The production transformed Glasgow's Vincent Street into New York for the scene, and they did a convincing job of it too. There were yellow cabs and everything.
