Guy builds massive 'King Kong' Halloween display right in front yard

Sure, you could spend your time and money going all out for your home's Halloween display. Alternatively, you could put down the plastic skeleton and marvel at true decor mastery. 

The Salt Lake City Tribune caught up with local woodworker Ammon Smith, whose commitment to holiday decor led him to build a massive King Kong Halloween display, right in his front yard. 

The set-up features an enormous replica of the Empire State Building with a giant King Kong perched on top. Per the Tribune, Smith has made Halloween a priority for the past five years, constructing a viking ship (complete with dragon), a pirate ship, a cemetery, and a delightful "Haunted Skeleton Train."  Read more...
