Stephen Colbert's predictable Donald Trump jokes at the 69th Emmy Awards didn't stop Sean Spicer from stepping into enemy territory Sunday night.
The Trump administration's former press secretary wheeled out a podium during Colbert's opening monologue for a surprise cameo, and everyone pretty much had the same reaction—including Melissa McCarthy.
"What really matters to Donald Trump is ratings—you gotta have the big numbers. I certainly hope we achieve that tonight but unfortunately at this point, we have no idea of knowing how big the audience is," Colbert said. "Is there anyone who can say how big the audience is?
