Miami mother delivers baby alone during Hurricane Irma, which inspired the newborn's name

Despite the commotion and disaster hurricane season has caused, there is one storm who brought some good relief.

As Hurricane Irma tore through Florida over the weekend, it isolated the many, many who stayed behind to brave out the storm. Sunday morning in Miami’s little Haiti neighborhood, one woman found herself having to deliver her baby alone, with only the help of paramedics who guided her through the process over the phone.
