Every so often, Nintendo conducts a series of media audits. They're very straightforward: A reporter gets on the phone with their Nintendo rep for a chat about how they think the company is doing on various topics of interest. No secrets, no coverage; just an opportunity for a journalist to say how they're feeling.
I've been doing these audits pretty regularly for the half-decade or so. If there's been one common thread from me, it's this: Bring back Metroid. Seriously. WTF are you doing?
