An amazing professor took care his student's child during class when she couldn't find a babysitter

When life gets in the way of your best laid plans, sometimes all you need is a simple act of kindness.

That is exactly what happened to single mom and Texas A&M University student Ashton Robinson, who wasn't able to find a last-minute sitter for her son, Emmett. She was worried she'd have to miss class, but a simple offer from her professor saved the day. 

In a post on Facebook, Ashton says she notified her professor, Dr. Henry Musoma, via e-mail about her childcare situation. He then called her and told her to bring her son to class.
