Tropical Storm Harvey has made a second landfall near the Louisiana-Texas border after dumping 19 trillion gallons of rain in Texas, bringing flood and devastation.
The storm produced the most rain of any tropical storm or hurricane in the history of the lower 48 states.
While there are many pictures that show the "catastrophic" flooding, this photo of waves lapping over Interstate 10 West of Beaumont, between Beaumont and Winnie, is nothing short of apocalyptic:
