'13 Reasons Why' adds new actors including Broadway royalty

Get ready to meet some new faces at Liberty High13 Reasons Why just added seven new actors to Season 2: Chelsea Alden, Bryce Cass, Ben Lawson, Samantha Logan, Allison Miller, Kelli O’Hara and Anne Winters.

According to Variety, none of these actors will be series regulars, but don't expect that to limit their performances. Between them, they have a hefty list of TV credentials, and O'Hara is a casual Tony Award-winner. She'll play Jackie, "a warm, intelligent, passionate advocate for victims of bullying."

Another one to watch is Miller, who will play a young litigator likely involved in the Bakers' case against Liberty High. A growing conflict in Season 1, the lawsuit accuses the school of being negligent and allowing bullying to have negative effects on students like Hannah. Cass plays an "advocate of the downtrodden" (per Variety) who may have a thing or two to say about the bullying allegations.  Read more...
