Under Tillerson, the State Department may put cyber diplomacy on the chopping block

 According to new reports by Politico and Bloomberg, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson plans to merge or eliminate its cybersecurity office, long tasked with representing U.S. cyber interests abroad.
