Alert all commands, Disney has lifted the veil and given us a sneak preview of what Star Wars Land will look like. And, it's looking pretty spectacular.
Disney unveiled a scale model of the theme park at a preview at the D23 Expo, a fan convention. In a blog post, Disney published a first-look video and images of a scale 50-foot wide 3D model of the theme parks currently being built in California and Florida. The finished parks — set to open in 2019 — will span an area of 14 acres and are rumored to cost around $1 billion each. Read more...
