No longer a freshman Marvel director, Jon Watts is in talks to direct the untitled Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel. Watts directed the hit film, which earned $117 million in its first weekend and starred Tom Holland as a 15-year-old Spider-Man.

Homecoming, which Watts also co-wrote, was the director's first major blockbuster, and in addition to its formidable box office numbers, it's also a damn good time at the moviesHomecoming also marked the debut of Zendaya as Peter Parker's classmate Michelle.
