NASA video lets you soar over Pluto and its moon

Want to know what Pluto’s terrain looks like? Spoiler alert: It’s really cool. 

Using data from the New Horizons spacecraft and digital elevation models of both the planet and its largest moon, Charon, scientists were able to develop these awesome flyover movies.

A flight over Pluto shows the highlands and the planet's nitrogen icy plain, Sputnik Planitia. Viewers then get to see the planet's mountain ranges, the highlands of Voyager Terra, and Pioneer Terra. It eventually concludes over Tartarus Dorsa.  Read more...
