Buffalo Bills cornerback Shareece Wright took a $632 Uber from Chicago to Buffalo for practice this week. Why might an Uber driver consent to such a lengthy trip, you ask? Well, he just thought Wright wanted to eat some Buffalo wings.
Driver Hadi Abdollahian, who spoke with the Washington Post on Wednesday, says that after he elected to pick up Wright on the Uber app, Wright called him to discuss their upcoming route — over 550 miles to Buffalo, New York.
