'Handmaid's Tale' protesters are back, and this time they're at the Capitol

Handmaids in red robes and white bonnets stood in front of the Capitol Tuesday to protest the latest iteration of the GOP health care bill that's up for a vote in the senate.

The protesters — clad in uniforms from Margaret Atwood's dystopian novel The Handmaid's Tale — are demonstrating against a struggling senate bill that would overhaul Obamacare.

The vote has been delayed until after the July Fourth holiday recess, but the possibility of the bill's passage is still very real. It would affect women and reproductive health — and not in a good way. Read more...
