Sanrio, the company behind the feline-themed friend (who is, let's be clear, not a cat), launched a crowdfunding campaign for a summer festival at Puroland, its indoor theme park in Tama, Tokyo. And included in the campaign rewards for donating is ... a 20-minute date with Hello Kitty, according to the Japan Times.
The campaign, which was launched on Japanese fundraising site Campfire, is meant to fund decorations during the festival, which is slated to be held between July 15 and September 13.
