Doctor Who has brought the title character's regenerations together a few times before, most recently Matt Smith and David Tennant in the fan favorite 50th anniversary special "Day of the Doctor."
Now, for the first time, the show will offer two regenerations of the Doctor's psychotic Time Lord enemy — the Master — on screen at the same time.
Showrunner Steven Moffat confirmed Thursday that John Simm, who last played the Master at the end of Tennant's run in 2010, will return in the upcoming Season 10. Simm will be appearing "face to face" with Michelle Gomez, who plays the Master's current incarnation, Missy. Read more...
