Guns are banned from Trump's NRA speech and people can't help but notice the irony

Georgia is an open-carry state, and it's expected that many attendees will bring guns to the conference. It's like the gun prom. People are gonna want to show off. 

Unfortunately for attendees who were hoping to cheer Trump on in person instead of their living room, they'll have to choose between their warrior and their weapon: guns won't be allowed at his speech.

CNN reported that precautions like banning guns from public speaking events are standard procedure, along with "closely with... local law enforcement partners." Law enforcement and secret security will be armed. Read more...
