When Yara Greyjoy reunited with her long-lost brother on Season 2 of Game of Thrones, the two did not recognize each other. They're ignorance didn't make the scene that followed — you know, the one involving fondling and a horse — any more comfortable to watch.
Well, turns out that moment was one of the scenes Gemma Whelan, who plays Yara, had to enact during her GoT audition.
There was one major difference, though: instead of Theon "working away on" Yara (Whelan's phrasing) in the audition, Yara was "worrying on" Theon. Also, Whelan was sitting on a chair instead of a horse, but, you know, that's to be expected. Read more...
