College football got a little more interesting this year.
One high school senior just made history by becoming the first female to receive a football scholarship at an NCAA Division II school or higher.

Becca Longo signed with Adams State University in Colorado as a kicker - the same position she played at Basha High School in Arizona. About a dozen women have played football for NCAA schools but none on a scholarship, CNN reported.
