Just when you thought it was safe to fly again.
First, it was a United passenger being dragged off a plane. This time, it's American Airlines under scrutiny after a passenger posted a video on Facebook showing an angry confrontation between a passenger and flight attendant.
Another passenger, Surain Adyanthaya, posted the video Friday afternoon and gave her explanation for what prompted the hostility as the plane got ready to take off from San Francisco to Dallas.
